The negative potion
Of mind abortion
The presence of mind
The here and now
Don’t have the time
For the why and how
With two left feet
Not in right mind
A senseless defeat
Of the lifelong kind

PARADISE BY THE SEA

The many vibrant forms of love
Come in your kiss, come in your smile
These white sand beaches twist and turn
Through timeless days and endless miles
This emerald oceans drifting seas
Such soothing waves to fill the soul
And just for one week time stood still
As once again we were made whole
The constant breeze and moonlit nights
Our hearts are one as we go free
To see this bird again take flight
The sweetest smell of Rosemary
Quaint local shops and tree lined streets
These roads of pavestone to and fro
This undiscovered coast now ours
That secret place our minds will go
Back to the life from where we came
Our dreams are left here by the sea
And never will I be the same
This paradise a part of me
